The ACC training programmes Coaching and Counselling Year 1 and Coaching and Counselling Year 2 are officially recognised by the National Association for Supervision and Coaching, in Dutch Landelijke Vereniging voor Supervisie en Coaching (LVSC). This recognition provides students and graduates with the following opportunities:
- Register as a student member
- Become a full member of the LVSC
- Register as a Register Coach
LVSC student membership
Students enrolled in Coaching and Counselling Year 1 and Year 2 can register with the LVSC as student members. The LVSC offers a 50% discount on student membership fees for the entire duration of your studies. You will immediately benefit from all the advantages of membership. As a student, you can also register as a prospective register coach (Aspirant-registercoach) if you are currently enrolled in either Coaching and Counselling Year 1 or Year 2, intend to complete both within two years, and aim to become a Register Coach.

Full LVSC membership
Graduates of the following programmes are eligible to become full members of the LVSC:
- Coaching and Counselling Year 1
- Coaching and Counselling Year 2
Important for students who started before September 2019
If you began your training programme at the former ACC before September 2019, your diploma does not automatically qualify you for LVSC membership. However, you can contact the LVSC to discuss your specific situation and explore possible options.
Register Coach (LVSC Registercoach)
After successfully completing Coaching and Counselling Year 1 and Coaching and Counselling Year 2, you are eligible to register with the LVSC as a Register Coach. This allows you to demonstrate a solid professional foundation to both clients and organisations.
During your education, you can already apply to become a prospective register coach, as long as you plan to complete both Year 1 and Year 2 within two years, and aim to become a Register Coach.
Important for students who started before September 2019
You are eligible to become an LVSC member with your diploma. You can also register as a Register Coach if you hold a diploma from the former ACC (not just a certificate of participation) and have completed Coaching and Counselling Year 2 at the current ACC (i.e. you started Year 2 after September 2019).
